Windows 10 can continue to operate, but Microsoft no longer provides standard security updates, feature updates or ordinary technical support. Extended Security Updates may be available separately for eligible Windows 10 version 22H2 devices; ESU is not included with this product.

Each activated PC uses part of the selected device allowance. This offer is sold on a device-bound basis regardless of the activation channel supplied. An activated device cannot be replaced with another PC under the same allowance.

A Windows reinstall may be activated again on the same PC when its HDD and motherboard have not changed. A new PC, motherboard replacement or HDD replacement can prevent reactivation and requires a new licence.

Support, replacement and refund commitment

Remote assistance, chat and email support are included for eligible installation and activation issues. If activation does not succeed, Software Mart will first check the edition, installation, device history, error message and all available activation options.

If Software Mart cannot activate the product after completing those checks, the key will be replaced in full or the order will receive a 100% refund.

The commitment does not cover transfer to another PC, an HDD or motherboard change after activation, an unsupported edition, incompatible hardware, customer data loss, or products and services not included in this listing.

Is this product for Apple Mac?

No. This product is for compatible Windows PCs. It does not license macOS or supply Windows virtualisation software for a Mac.

Which licence channel will I receive?

The supplied key may use the Retail, OEM or MAK channel depending on available stock. This listing is device-bound and non-transferable after activation regardless of the channel supplied.

How do multi-PC options work?

You receive one multi-device key covering the number of PCs selected above. Each activated PC consumes one permitted activation.

Can I move an activated licence to another PC?

No. An activated allowance cannot be moved to a new computer. A motherboard or HDD change can also prevent reactivation.

Can I reinstall Windows on the same PC?

Yes, provided the same PC retains its HDD and motherboard. Back up first and reinstall the Windows 10 Pro edition that matches the key.

Does the purchase include Windows 10 ESU?

No. Consumer and commercial ESU arrangements are separate and subject to Microsoft eligibility, enrolment dates and terms.

Can this upgrade Windows 10 Home to Pro?

A valid Pro key can upgrade an activated Windows 10 Home installation through Settings → Update & Security → Activation → Change product key. Back up before changing editions.

How quickly will the email arrive?

Normal delivery is 1–10 minutes after successful payment verification. The email contains the key, download links and installation instructions.

What if activation fails?
